die 1930’s met sy sewe seuns, VLNR: Flip Nel, Coenie Nel, Piet de Kaap Nel,
Danie Nel, Jannie Nel, William Robert Nel (my Oupa) en Louis Nel.
By hulle 60 jarige huweliksherdenking het die troukoek op n ronde tafeftjie gestaan wat 180 jaar oud was (1933). Die tafeltjie is in 2 halwe tafeltjies gedeel en is nog steeds in die familie.
